Audio Response (ASAP):  Allows you to access your credit union account to check balances and perform limited transactions using a touch tone telephone 24/7. Transactions include a number of balance inquiries, transfers, and account history review. Call 738-ASAP (2727).

• Personal identification number. (PIN) Used for security purposes.

  • Loan payments from your share accounts,
  • Loan balance inquiries,
  • Transfers between accounts,
  • Transfers within accounts,
  • Cleared checking inquiries,
  • Account balance inquiries,

Direct Deposit: Allows you to have your paychecks automatically deposited to your credit union account by your employer. Social security and other pension checks may be deposited directly.

Payroll Deduction: A service that allows a portion of your paycheck to be sent directly to the credit union. Automatically credits the amount to the your loan payment or your checking or share savings account.
